Below you will find the Terms and Conditions of the Tantum Club loyalty programme. Here you can find out about your membership benefits, rights and much more.
1. TANTUM CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAMME
1.1. Tantum Club is a loyalty program, owned by the company CASTILLA TERMAL S.L. with CIF B47594460 and registered office in PAGO DE SANCTI SPIRITUS S/N - 47410 OLMEDO - VALLADOLID (SPAIN).
1.2. The programme shall be governed by these general terms and conditions, which shall be binding, unless they are totally or partially replaced or supplemented by specific conditions, in which case the latter shall prevail over the former.
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME
2.1. The purpose of the programme is to reward and/or reward the loyalty of the guests of the hotels of Castilla Termal, made up of all the hotels that form part of the chain.
3. MEMBERSHIP TO THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME TANTUM CLUB, CONSENT AND COMMUNICATIONS
3.1. Membership to Tantum Club is only granted to individuals legally over 18 years of age by completing, verifying and sending the application for registration in the same through telematic means (website, mobile application, etc.) on line and / or off line provided for that purpose. Companies and other legal entities cannot be members of Tantum Club. Membership is personal, may under no circumstances be sold, transferred or inherited, and implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions in accordance with the clauses in force from time to time.
3.2. Membership of the Tantum Club loyalty programme is free of charge, but qualified reservations are required to upgrade to a higher level within the programme.
3.3. When you become a member, all information about your membership will be sent to your registered email address. Physical membership cards are not issued.
3.4. The email address you submit will be used as your Tantum Club ID and will act as your username.
3.5. In case of abuse of membership, breach of conditions, inappropriate behaviour in our hotels and criminal or similar acts, Castilla Termal Hoteles reserves the right to cancel the membership and remove the accumulated benefits.
3.6. The person affiliated to the loyalty programme Tantum Club will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided for registration, as well as the subsequent updating of the same, using the various channels provided for this purpose. For this purpose, you may contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching in any of these cases the documentation that accredits the update.
3.8. Members should keep themselves informed about the Terms and Conditions of the Tantum Club programme.
CONSENT AND COMMUNICATIONS
3.9. By registering as a member of Tantum Club, consent is required to receive information and offers from Castilla Termal Hoteles about the chain's products. Members must consent to receive this via email, text messages and other digital channels in order to be eligible to join the programme, but are free to withdraw their consent at any time.
Castilla Termal Hoteles sends information, news and segmented offers based on personal information, booking history and response to campaigns via email and other digital marketing media. In this way, the programme can offer a better experience to those who have given their consent.
Member consent is voluntary and can be changed at any time. Consent can be managed by logging into the member account ("My profile").
3.10. Registered personal data will only be processed and stored for the purpose of providing membership information and to manage membership and coordinate offers and activities.
3.11. Only registered members can benefit from the offers, promotions, discounts and advantages of the Tantum Club programme.
4. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
4.1. Tantum Club has three levels of membership: Aqua, Terra and Aer. The Member initially registers at the Aqua level with a 12-month anniversary date. The anniversary date will always be the date of initial registration with Tantum Club. The Terra and Aer membership levels are determined by the number of valid nights (see section 4.6) you have booked during the remaining period of the anniversary date, plus 12 months (effective 10 May 2023). For example, if a Member registers for Tantum Club on 10 May 2023, the welcome level is Aqua. If on 10 June 2023 he/she has stayed 5 nights, he/she will automatically upgrade to the Terra level and will maintain that level for the remaining period of the anniversary date, plus 12 months. Therefore, on 10 May 2025 you will be checked if you have stayed enough nights to stay at that level.
4.2. As soon as you reach a new tier, you will be upgraded and will retain this tier for 12 months. The number of nights required to reach and/or extend your stay for a further 12 months at each level is:
4.3. Nights of stay will only be counted, for the purpose of retaining the level or upgrading to a higher level, for bookings made directly through www.castillatermal.com, telephone +34 983 600 816 or e-mail email@example.com for stays in the name of the holder of the Tantum Club membership level. When bookings are made in the name of other persons, the nights will not count towards retaining the level or upgrading to a higher level.
4.4. Nights will only count for one Tantum Club Member per room.
4.5. Stays are counted from the date of membership at the relevant Tantum Club level. It is not possible to record stays made prior to membership at a later date.
4.6. The booking of nights at most regular rates and promotional web offers on www.castillatermal.com will count towards retaining the level or upgrading to a higher level, except for the purchase and enjoyment of Gift Vouchers, stays booked through travel agents, tour operators and third party websites such as booking.com, expedia.com and others.
4.7. The nights of your stay will be recorded in your Tantum Club member account immediately after check-out from the hotel. You can view past and future stays in your member account ("My bookings").
4.8. Upgrading to a higher Tantum Club level will take place at the time the nights required for the corresponding upgrade are registered in your Member Account (see section 4.2).
4.9. If the remaining period of the anniversary date plus 12 months has elapsed without the required number of nights to remain at the anniversary level, the member will automatically be downgraded to the next lower level (see section 4.2). For example, a member upgrades to Terra level on 10 June 2023, but their initial registration date in Tantum Club is 10 May 2023, so the anniversary will be 10 May each year. In this way, every 10th of May of the following years, the member will be checked if he/she has stayed the required number of nights to maintain this level. If this condition is met, the member will continue in the Terra level. If the member has not stayed the required number of nights, on the 10th of May of the following years, the member will be registered at Aqua level.
4.10. The registration of nights of stay is personal, under no circumstances is the transfer of nights to other members of Tantum Club allowed.
5. BENEFITS TO MEMBERS
5.1. The benefits for members at each of the levels are shown below:
5.2. For bookings made through ineligible booking channels, such as third party websites (see section 4.6), you will not be able to receive the member benefits associated with your tier. To receive the benefits the booking must be made through a valid booking channel (see section 4.3). Without prejudice to the application of the discounts corresponding to each level for treatment bookings made through a valid booking channel (see section 4.3), even if the booking of the stay has been made through a third party.
6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
6.1. Castilla Termal Hoteles reserves the right to correct or rectify any error, whether typographical, price, descriptions, etc. in relation to the loyalty programme.
6.2. Castilla Termal Hoteles is not responsible for the lost or delayed correspondence in the physical or electronic mail of the member, nor for the description, typographical or tariff errors printed in the material received by the members, reserving the right to correct them and being able to be consulted in the web page www.castillatermal.com.
6.3. These terms and conditions, as well as all promotions linked to the loyalty programme may change. Therefore, the information in force at any given time may be consulted on the website www.castillatermal.com/content/tantum-club.
7.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions or the enforceability of any provision is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any Law, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed not to have been made. But the legality, validity and enforceability of the terms and conditions and the application of such provision to other persons or in other circumstances shall not be affected. This clause shall have no effect if it alters the fundamental nature of this contract or if it is contrary to public policy.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
8.1 The terms and conditions of the Tantum Club loyalty programme are governed by the regulations in force in Spain on this matter and, for any question that may arise in relation to the interpretation and application of these general terms and conditions, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Valladolid (Spain).
9. ADDITIONAL CLAUSES
9.1. Tantum Club is an electronic service. Therefore, communication with members will be carried out mainly through the internet and email.
9.2. Castilla Termal Hoteles reserves the right to modify or cancel the Tantum Club programme without prior notice or compensation.
9.3. Upon termination of membership, information about the member will be deleted from the membership database.
9.4. Members may change contact information by accessing their member web pages via tantumclub.castillatermal.com/.
