General conditions of stay

Rules:

• Official identification in the form of ID card, passport or similar is compulsory for all persons over 14 years of age. Children under 16 years of age will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult. 
• Children under 13 years of age may only access the water areas during the hours established as children's hours and always accompanied by an adult.
• It is compulsory to follow the pool rules. The behaviour and consequences of this, with respect to minors, will be the sole responsibility of the parents/guardians or accompanying adults.
• Minors under 16 years of age are not allowed to enter the wellness area.
• Only cash and credit card payments are accepted. 
• Article 7 of the regulation 07/2012 on the limitation of payment in cash states that transactions for an amount equal to or greater than €1,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency may not be paid in cash, either in full or in part. 
• The establishment may request a credit card guarantee in advance for the services contracted in the reservation.
• The rooms have a safe available to guests. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of money and objects that have not been deposited in these safes.
• Toiletries and clothing such as bathrobes and towels are available for guests to use during their stay. The lack or loss of these items will result in the client paying the cost of these items.
• Any damage caused by the client, either to the property or to the hotel furniture, will result in a cash charge for the amount of the damaged item.
• Castilla Termal does not allow smoking inside its facilities, both in rooms and in common areas. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a minimum charge of €75 for cleaning.
• Castilla Termal does not allow the consumption of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances in its establishments.
• The length of stay in the establishment is from 15:00 hours on the day of arrival until 12:00 hours on the day of departure. The extension of the time of stay over the above without mutual agreement between the client and the establishment, will give rise to the right of the latter to charge an extra day on the price of the room.
• Access to gastronomic areas such as restaurants, gastrobars, etc. may require a certain dress code. In any case, it is not permitted to remain in these areas in swimwear.
• Clients attending special events or not staying at the establishment will not be allowed to use the areas reserved for guests staying at the establishment.
• The establishment is not responsible for any damage to vehicles that may be caused by other vehicles not belonging to the company within the facilities.
• Pets are not allowed in the establishments, except for dogs certified as guides or duly accredited assistance dogs and pet dogs up to 25 kilograms in Castilla Termal Solares.

The establishment reserves the right to prevent access or stay, when:

• The capacity established in the different areas is full. 
• The closing time of the services has been exceeded.
• When access to common areas or gastronomic areas is not properly dressed, at least with a T-shirt/shirt and shorts.
• When acceptable conditions of hygiene are not met.
• When they display violent attitudes, aggressive behaviour or provoke dangerous situations for other customers or workers.
• When in a perfect state of mental faculties, they harass, intimidate or humiliate workers.
• When they are accompanied by animals, except in the establishments of the chain in which they are permitted and with the exception of guide or assistance dogs, in which case they must be duly identified in accordance with current law.
• When they do not respect the rules for the use of the facilities or the indications of the staff in charge of the different areas.
