I have a Gift Voucher, what should I do to redeem it?
To enjoy the services included in the Gift Voucher it is essential to make a reservation in advance. Call 983 600 816 and indicate the Gift Voucher Number and the Name of the holder. The Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of each establishment, reserving the right not to accept Gift Vouchers for one or two nights accommodation on dates when the establishment requires a higher number of nights as a minimum stay. Some hotels and in seasons of high demand, weekends and Easter have limited availability of rooms for the use of Gift Vouchers.
Can a Gift Voucher be split?
Each Gift Voucher is a non-fractionable experience. That is, all the services included must be enjoyed by the beneficiary and the number of people described in it, on a single date within 18 months of purchase. Buy as many vouchers as you want to give as a gift or give yourself and happy wellness!
I bought a Gift Voucher and I want to exchange it for a different one, can I exchange it?
No. It can only be exchanged under special conditions that will be assessed by our Gift Voucher department. In case of a change that involves a lower amount, the difference will not be paid nor can its use be divided. In no case will any amount be refunded in cash.
I've been given a Gift Voucher: until when can I use it?
Your Gift Voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
I booked a hotel with a Gift Voucher but something came up and I won't be able to go, can I cancel the reservation and still keep my Gift Voucher?
Yes, as long as the hotel's cancellation policy is respected. In case of no-show at the place and time of the reservation, your Voucher will be forfeited.
I have tried to make a reservation with a Gift Voucher but I have been told that it cannot be for the dates I want, how is this possible?
The admission of reservations with Gift Vouchers is subject to the availability of rooms and services of the chosen hotel. The Gift Voucher does not exclude the minimum conditions of regime/stay that some establishments may apply on certain dates. For example, if due to circumstances of high occupancy, the establishment chosen on the desired date, requires a minimum stay of nights and your voucher is for fewer nights than required, you may not be admitted for not complying with this condition.
Is it mandatory to bring a physical Gift Voucher on the day of arrival at the hotel?
Yes, to enjoy the Gift Voucher it is mandatory to present the document that certifies you as a beneficiary of the Gift Voucher at the hotel.
Is it necessary to make a reservation in advance to enjoy a Gift Voucher?
Yes, to enjoy the Castilla Termal Hoteles Gift Voucher you must make a previous reservation through the number +34 983 600 816. In this reservation you must indicate that you have a Gift Voucher and its identification number. It is recommended to make the reservation in advance to enjoy the Gift Voucher on the chosen date.
Can I change or cancel the booking date?
Yes, as long as it complies with the cancellation policy of Castilla Termal Hotels. We recommend you to inform about it at the time of booking. In case of no-show at the place and time of the reservation, you will lose the Gift Voucher.
Are there any date restrictions when booking?
Gift Vouchers are subject to availability and minimum room/stay conditions applied by each establishment for each date.
Can I book an extra bed or a cot for my baby for the room?
To reserve an extra bed or crib, you must state your need at the time of booking, either at +34 983 600 816 or at the chosen hotel, and they will indicate the availability, cost and payment method.
My Gift Voucher has expired, what can I do?
The Gift Vouchers of Castilla Termal Hotels cannot be extended once they have expired. Gift Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
My Gift Voucher is for 4* hotels and I would like to enjoy it in a 5* hotel, is it possible?
If you have a Gift Voucher* for Castilla Termal Olmedo, Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma or Castilla Termal Solares and you wish to enjoy it in Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena or Castilla Termal Brihuega, please consult availability and supplement on 983 600 816. *Condition applicable ONLY to boxes containing Gift Vouchers with accomodation.

Are the hotels open all year?
Yes, our hotels remain open all year.
At what time is the check - in and check - out of the rooms?
The check - in starts at 15.00h. Check - out ends at 12.00h. Check the option "Extend your Wellness" to have Late Check - out. (Subject to availability).
Do you have Triple Rooms available in the hotels?
Yes, we have Triple Rooms and adjoining Rooms. Check with the reception of the hotel where you wish to make your reservation for availability.
Do you have room service?
Yes, room service is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Can I use the gym?
Yes, you can enjoy a free gym during opening hours in all Castilla Termal hotels. Except in Brihuega, where you can enjoy the Yoga Studio.
Is there an outdoor swimming pool at your hotels?
Yes, we have a summer swimming pool in all our hotels and it is included in almost all our acommodation options. See each rate terms.
Are pets allowed in your hotels?
Dogs up to 25 kilos are only allowed at Hotel Castilla Termal Solares.

Can I access the thermal pool with babies?
Yes, from the age of 3 months, babies can enjoy the thermal water, which provides them with multiple benefits. Do we have to bring bathrobe and towels?
We provide a bathrobe and a towel to all the people who come to our Spa. In addition, bathing cap and slippers are available in the rooms of our guests.
Can I take pictures or use my mobile phone in the thermal pool or wellness area?
No. The use of electronic devices is prohibited in the spa area, as well as taking photographs.
Do you have saunas?
Saunas are included in our Unique Experiences. The Unique Experiences consist of guided spaces that combine wet and dry spaces, hot and cold contrasts, footbath saunas and bithermal showers.
Is it necessary to take a shower at the entrance and exit of the Thermal Pool?
It is mandatory to take a shower before entering our waters, for hygiene reasons, and it is advisable not to take a shower until two hours after leaving so that their properties continue to act in our body.
Is it possible to access the Thermal Pool without being a guest of the hotel?
Yes, you can access our Thermal Pool as a non-guest, always with prior reservation, since there is a limited capacity.
Can I cancel a treatment?
It is necessary to give 24 hours notice. Otherwise, 50% of the treatment will be charged.
Do you sell products at the wellness area?
We have a line of Castilla Termal products made with the thermal waters of our Sancti Spiritus Spring, from the Olmedo Spa. We have bath gel, body milk, facial cream, thermal water, body and facial scrubs, as well as refreshing gel to activate the circulation of the legs...
What type of therapists carry out the treatments?
In Castilla Termal, we have therapists trained in different specialities (wellness technicians, beauticians, massagists, osteopaths, nutritionists) who apply the different types of therapies and treatments available.
Do you offer spa treatments or programs for multiple days?
Yes, we have programs that combine several therapies elaborated by our doctors and professionals with a duration between 2 and 6 days. You can choose from all of them according to your needs. We have programs for couples, anti-stress programs, relaxation programs, programs for mothers-to-be, programs for new mothers and their babies and beauty programs. Our star programs for long stays are: slimming, osteoarticular program and respiratory program.
Do you offer slimming programmes?
We have a full six-day slimming programme. Under medical and nutritional supervision, we combine body remodelling treatments with a personalised diet and specific advice from our staff. Plus, we have two-week revision planning to follow-up the weight and volume loss.
