Guided by María Rivero, each day unfolds with its own intention and its own language. On the first day, we ground ourselves, connecting with the earth and the surrounding landscape through Yin Yoga and Wayunki. On the second, the energy of the earth is cultivated from within: pranayama, Kundalini practices, and the resonant vibration of the monochord dissolve energetic blockages and restore inner stability.

The third day invites the element of water, expressed through asanas that activate the second chakra and a screening of Masaru Emoto’s documentary on the wisdom of water. The final day brings closure: a conscious movement session with individual music, a gratitude circle, and a gentle return to the world, carrying something subtly transformed within.

Between sessions, the thermal pool with mineromedicinal waters, the contrast circuit, and the artisanal workshops using natural elements complete an experience designed to nurture well-being from every angle.

Guided by teacher Silvia Schipani, each day unfolds as an inner and outer journey. You will work with your body through yoga asana and pranayama—conscious breathing—discovering how the firmness of the earth and the fluidity of water can coexist within you. The sessions are rituals. Each one has a title, an intention, and a philosophical story that accompanies the relaxation. On Friday, you will explore grounding. On Saturday, fluidity. On Sunday, blossoming. Between practices, the thermal waters of Castilla Termal do their work: dissolving tension, releasing what no longer serves, and bringing you back to yourself.
