• Cancellation policy:

FREE CANCELLATION up to 48h before arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation of bookings up to 48 hours or less before the start of the stay, or failure to arrive at the hotel, will result in a penalty for the amount of the accommodation corresponding to the first night and the proportional part of the treatments contracted. On special dates, cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days or less before the start of the stay, or no-show at the hotel, will entail a penalty for the amount of the accommodation corresponding to the first night and the proportional part of the treatments contracted. Please consult these special dates when making your reservation.

• The check - in takes place from 15.00h. The check - out is at 12.00h. Check the option "Long-lasting Wellness" to have Late Check - out from 59 € in Castilla Termal Olmedo, Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma and Castilla Termal Solares and from 99€ in Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena.
