- In Castilla Termal Balneario de Olmedo: "Ariadne's Thread" Maze in Yllera Winery (in Rueda, 30 km from Olmedo). Tour of the Mudejar winery of the late 15th century, a veritable underground maze which relates Greek mythology with wine culture. Includes wine-tasting and tapas.
- In Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma: Lagar de Isilla winery in Ribera del Duero (in Aranda de Duero, 40km from El Burgo de Osma), set in a colonial-style estate dating from 1890. Right now, the winery is located in the historical buildings, enhanced by fine wood and masonry combined with brickwork. The winery is made up by five warehouses and a social area with offices, tasting room and typical surrounding porch. Includes wine-tasting and tapas.
