The hotel has an organic kitchen garden that feeds the kitchen for many months of the year. Rows of delicious vegetables, herbs and fruit are planted, nurtured and grown and dictate our à la-carte restaurant Converso as well as the Gastrobar La Cilla.
Not to be missed is to taste the hotels very own house wine Converso, an internationally awarded and limited-production Crianza red wine.
The menu at Converso offers both traditional and modern cuisine, prepared with the highest quality local seasonal products. The wine list offers wines from our local neighbours as well as a selection of the very best, specially selected by our sommelier.
Open at weekends and for celebrations, The Monks wine Cellar is a unique space where guests can sample the regional, national and international wines with dishes to compliment.
La Cilla offers lighter dishes and sharing plates and has an outdoor terrace, also perfect for pre-dinner drinks.
