Baby policy: free of charge from 0 to 2 years old included in cot, sharing room with two adults. On request.
Children policy: accommodation, breakfast and thermal pool for a child from 3 to 12 years old included 45€ per night of stay, sharing room with two adults in extra bed. On request. It will be essential to contract this supplement for those adult bookings that include this service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Offer subject to availability. Limited number of discounted rooms per hotel and per day. Offer available for booking from October 8, 2025, to October 21, 2025, for stays between October 9 and December 21, 2025.
Some dates are excluded from the promotion, during which the regular Tantum Club discounts will apply (AQUA: 10% off, TERRA: 15% off, AER: 20% off).

Blackout Dates:

Castilla Termal Olmedo: October 10, 11, 18, 24, 25; November 8, 15, 16, 17; December 6, 7.
Castilla Termal Brihuega: October 11; December 6, 7.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival at the hotel.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before arrival, or no-shows, will incur a penalty equal to the cost of the first night’s accommodation and a proportional amount for any treatments booked.

During special dates, cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival, or no-shows, will incur the same penalty. Please check special dates at the time of booking.
