CANCELLATION POLICY FREE CANCELLATION up to 48 hours before arrival at the hotel.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the start of the stay, or no-shows at the hotel, will incur a penalty equal to the amount of the accommodation for the first night and the proportional amount of any booked treatments.
