Deposit and cancellation policy: a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to make a reservation. Cancellation of the reservation 10 days or less before check-in, or no-show at the hotel, will be charged 100% of the expenses.
The dinner service on Christmas Eve will be the only one, and other catering services such as room service or cafeteria menu will not be available.
