21 years being part of a truly unique project
I arrived at Castilla Termal almost by chance, thinking it would be just another stage in my career — and it has become more than 20 years of shared growth. I started as an administrative officer during the construction of the first hotel and, through hard work and the trust the company placed in me, I have grown into the role of Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager.
I’ve experienced exciting moments, such as the opening of new hotels, as well as complex challenges like the financial crisis and the pandemic, during which the team consistently demonstrated strength and resilience. Castilla Termal has trained me, challenged me, and allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. But what I value most is the people — the human team and the spirit of collaboration that make every day worthwhile.

My internship at Castilla Termal became much more than a learning experience — it was the beginning of a path filled with opportunities and growth. I still remember the nerves and excitement of those first days, and how, little by little, I gained confidence until becoming a permanent member of the team with a full‑time contract, later taking on new responsibilities within the People Department.
Throughout this journey, I’ve learned to lead, to organize, and to grow — both professionally and personally. Moments like the pandemic tested us, but they also revealed the strength of a united team capable of overcoming any challenge. Today, I especially value the company’s principles, its vision for the future, and the human environment that truly sets us apart.
For me, Castilla Termal means excellence and teamwork, and I feel privileged to be part of a project that genuinely invests in people.
Between sheets and memories
Castilla Termal Olmedo has seen me grow both personally and professionally. I began as a room attendant and, thanks to the training and support of my colleagues, I now proudly hold the position of Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
What inspires me most is the spirit of camaraderie, the recognition from guests who return year after year and are happy to see me, and the trust the company places in us to keep improving.
For me, Castilla Termal means continuous learning, teamwork, and the satisfaction of knowing that every day I contribute to a shared project.
