Commercial Conditions for Gift Vouchers

These general terms and conditions apply to all Castilla Termal Gift Vouchers, whether or not they include accommodation. Certain Gift Vouchers may be subject to additional specific terms, restrictions or conditions, which will be expressly stated in the description and/or terms and conditions of the corresponding voucher.

Reservations and Availability

1. Advance booking. Advance booking is required to enjoy the services included in any Gift Voucher or Gift Box. Reservations must be made by calling +34 983 600 816 and providing the voucher number and the holder's name. All reservations are subject to availability at the establishment.

2. Minimum stay. The establishments reserve the right not to accept Gift Vouchers for one- or two-night stays on dates when a longer minimum stay is required.

3. High-demand periods. Room availability for Gift Voucher bookings may be limited during periods of high demand, including weekends, public holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, July, August, the lavender blooming season in Brihuega and the grape harvest season in Ribera del Duero. The establishments reserve the right not to accept Gift Voucher bookings during these periods.

Validity and Conditions of Use

4. Included services. Each Gift Voucher is valid exclusively for the services and establishments specified on the voucher. Vouchers that do not specify a particular hotel are valid only at Castilla Termal Olmedo, Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma or Castilla Termal Solares.

5. Specific conditions. The specific terms and conditions of each Gift Voucher can be consulted at www.castillatermal.com/bonos-regalo or by calling +34 983 600 816.

6. Transportation. Transportation required to enjoy services or activities outside the hotel is not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Enjoyment of the experience. Each Gift Voucher constitutes an indivisible experience. All included services must be enjoyed by the beneficiary and the number of people specified on the voucher, on a single date and within its validity period.

8. Loss or theft. Gift Vouchers are bearer documents. Castilla Termal accepts no responsibility for their loss or theft.

9. Cash redemption. Gift Vouchers and Gift Boxes cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Expiry date. Gift Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase, unless a shorter validity period is specified in the voucher's particular terms and conditions.

Specific Conditions for Accommodation and Spa Services

11. Guest amenities. Gift Vouchers that include accommodation provide a bathrobe, swimming cap and slippers for use during the stay.

12. Thermal pool use. Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory in the thermal pool. Swimming caps can be purchased at the hotel.

13. Additional guests. Gift Vouchers that include accommodation may be subject to supplements for children or additional guests. Please check the applicable terms and rates before making a reservation.

14. Additional services. Restaurant, accommodation or spa services may be added to any Gift Voucher, subject to availability and payment of the corresponding supplement.

Establishments and Hotel Categories

15. Gift Vouchers for 4-star hotels. Gift Vouchers valid at 4-star establishments may be redeemed at Castilla Termal Olmedo, Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma or Castilla Termal Solares, unless otherwise specified in the voucher's particular terms and conditions.

16. Gift Vouchers for 5-star hotels. Gift Vouchers for 5-star establishments may be redeemed at Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena, Castilla Termal Brihuega or Castilla Termal Palacio de Avellaneda, exclusively at the establishments expressly listed as valid on each voucher.

17. Upgrading to a different hotel category. If you have an accommodation Gift Box for Castilla Termal Olmedo, Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma or Castilla Termal Solares and wish to redeem it at Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena, Castilla Termal Brihuega or Castilla Termal Palacio de Avellaneda, please call +34 983 600 816 to check availability and the applicable supplement.

This option applies exclusively to Gift Boxes that include accommodation.

Prices, Purchases and Promotions

18. Taxes. All Gift Voucher prices include the applicable VAT: 10% for Gift Vouchers that include accommodation and 21% for Gift Vouchers for treatments and other services, in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.

19. Purchasing process. To purchase a Gift Voucher, follow these steps:

1. Select your preferred Gift Voucher and click "Buy Voucher".
2. Choose any additional services you wish to include and click "Buy".
3. Enter the purchaser's and beneficiary's details.
4. Complete the payment.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive two emails: a purchase confirmation email and a second email containing the details of your Gift Voucher.

20. Promotions and discounts. Sale discounts and special promotions, such as Black Friday, cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

21. Refunds. Where legally applicable, the general period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days, without having to provide a reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108 of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

This right is subject to the exceptions established by law, including, where applicable, those relating to personalised products and certain accommodation, catering and leisure services contracted for a specific date or period of performance.
