Until when can you enter?
You can participate from the moment the post is published until December 30, 2024.

How is the winner chosen?
The winner will be selected automatically via AppSorteos or a similar platform. There will be one winner chosen from all valid Instagram entries.

How will the winner be announced?
Once the giveaway ends, the system will randomly select a winner and backups from all valid participants. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, December 31 at 10:00 a.m., via a comment on the giveaway post and in our Instagram stories.

Prize

Prize validity
The prize can be used within 18 months from the date it is issued. Dates are subject to availability. Castilla Termal reserves the right to restrict certain blackout dates.

Prize delivery
Castilla Termal will contact the winner via Direct Message on Instagram to request their full name and an email address to send the prize.

Castilla Termal Hoteles will never request bank details. If you suspect someone is fraudulently impersonating us, do not respond and let us know immediately.

Valid participation
