Thermal Pool Rules of Use

• Includes the use of bathrobe, towel, flip-flops and cap.
• The Thermal Pool can be enjoyed by prior reservation within the established access times.
• Exclusive access with bathing clothes and footwear.
• The use of a bathing cap is compulsory. It can be purchased free of charge at the hotel.
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult responsible for them.
• For children under 3 years old, the use of special water nappies is compulsory. 
• It is not allowed to jump into the pool or dive in head first.
• Respect the other users of the pool and maintain the tranquillity of the pool.
• It is in everyone's interest to take extreme safety and hygiene measures.

General Terms and Conditions of the Thermal Pool

• Cancellation of treatments less than 24 hours before the booked date and time will result in the payment of 50% of the treatment.
• The thermal pool can be enjoyed by prior reservation, within the defined access times.
• Limited capacity. No bookings will be accepted without prior appointment.
• Daily subscriptions are from Monday to Thursday in the morning and afternoon and Friday in the morning, except for public holidays, bank holidays, Easter and Christmas.
• All passes are personal and non-transferable.
• It is compulsory to book in advance to use the facilities.
