Bodegas y Viñedos La Mejorada is located 5km from the town of Olmedo, in the province of Valladolid. It houses a fully preserved 14th century Mudejar Chapel, which has been a national monument since 1931. In the 15th century a small community of Hieronymite monks built their monastery there. At the end of 2007, La Mejorada became the personal project of Rafael Moneo, the most internationally renowned architect. Thanks to the union of history, architecture and viticulture, this estate has an incomparable charm.
