CANCELLATION POLICY

FREE CANCELLATION up to 48 hours before arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation of bookings up to 48 hours or less before the start of the stay, or no-show at the hotel, will incur a penalty for the amount of the accommodation corresponding to the first night and the proportional part of the contracted treatments. On special dates, cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days or less before the start of the stay, or no-show at the hotel, will entail a penalty for the amount of the accommodation corresponding to the first night and the proportional part of the treatments contracted. Please ask about these special dates when making your reservation.

This rate includes unlimited access to the Thermal Pool of mineral-medicinal water, subject to prior reservation at the established times and subject to availability until full capacity is reached.
