CANCELLATION POLICY
FREE CANCELLATION up to 48 hours before arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation of bookings up to 48 hours or less before the start of the stay, or no-show at the hotel, will incur a penalty for the amount of the accommodation corresponding to the first night and the proportional part of the contracted treatments. On special dates, cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days or less before the start of the stay, or no-show at the hotel, will entail a penalty for the amount of the accommodation corresponding to the first night and the proportional part of the treatments contracted. Please ask about these special dates when making your reservation.
