• Weight and quantity limit: Only one dog per room is allowed, with a maximum weight of 25 kg.
• Limited availability: A small number of pet-friendly rooms are available. It is essential to inform the hotel at the time of booking.
• Breed restrictions: Dogs classified as potentially dangerous, or breeds included in such categories according to the current regulations of the corresponding Autonomous Community, are not permitted.
• Welcome kit: Upon arrival, you will receive a complimentary welcome kit for your dog, including a bed and a food/water bowl.
• Deposit: A €150 credit card pre-authorization will be required as a security deposit. This amount will be refunded after the room inspection. Additional charges may apply in case of damages or misuse of bedding, towels, or other items.
• Acceptance form: Guests will be required to sign an acceptance form agreeing to these terms in order to confirm the reservation.
• Use of furniture: Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas, nor to use the hotel’s bedding or towels.
• Common areas: Dogs may only remain inside the guest room. They are not permitted in dining areas or indoor common spaces. During the summer season or in good weather, dogs are welcome on the restaurant terrace.
• Leaving pets alone: Pets may be left alone in the room for a maximum of 2.5 hours, provided that the owners remain within the hotel premises and are contactable.
• Documentation: Owners must present the vaccination record and valid liability insurance for their dog.
• Inside the hotel: Dogs must be kept on a leash, carried, or in a carrier at all times within the hotel facilities.
• Room cleaning service: If you wish your room to be cleaned, please inform reception in advance. The dog must not remain in the room during cleaning.
