Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma and Castilla Termal Solares now have on their teams professionals coming directly from the country famously known as the "Land of Smiles." This initiative brings an international and distinctive character to our wellness areas, responding to the growing demand for experiential tourism.

As part of our commitment to innovation and our role as leaders in wellness, at Castilla Termal we traveled to this Southeast Asian country to personally select our staff. The team is made up of therapists trained at specialized Thai schools, holding official certifications and with international experience working in five-star hotels across other parts of Asia.

Specifically, the treatments these therapists are offering our guests include traditional Thai massage, foot reflexology, and traditional Thai massage with oil. The goal is to help unblock energy flow, relieve tension, improve circulation and flexibility, in addition to reduce stress.

As a hallmark of Castilla Termal, all our hotels offer a comprehensive wellness experience program, seamlessly paired with exquisite haute cuisine, set in unique natural surroundings and historic buildings across Spain.

The Thai treatments available at Castilla Termal Solares and Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma are found at our "Discovering Continents" category and range in duration from 55 to 115 minutes. The first is the traditional Thai massage, an ancient technique performed on a tatami mat that involves pressure and passive stretching along the body's energy lines and vital points. The result is a restoration of vital energy, physical, mental, and emotional balance, and improved flexibility that brings a deep sense of relaxation and overall well-being. This treatment is also available in an oil-based version, which combines aromatherapy, Reiki techniques, and acupressure to achieve complete relaxation.

Additionally, we offer Thai foot reflexology, which helps balance the body’s internal functions while deeply relaxing both body and mind. This ancestral technique can also be combined with the traditional oil massage for a truly indulgent experience for the ultimate treatment for full-body care.
